It might be wrong to say it, but I can’t even imagine voting for any politician who has won statewide office in that part of the nation, or from the left coast, in at least the last 20 years. Statism seems to be deeply ingrained in them all.
I’m sure there are some conservatives in those states, as evidenced by some of the freepers from there, but honestly if someone walked up to me on the street from any of those states, I’d just assume they are either a soft socialist, or a hardcore moonbat commie, just like I do chicagoans now.
If Christie, Palin, or any other candidate is able to put personal feelings/opinions aside and do the will of the people, I can live with them.
I object to Christie’s second amendment stance, and he has not yet been challenged on it. That challenge needs to be soon. I object to Palin’s Title IX stance; that should be challenged as well.
Anne Coulter is a RINO and a non-Chrestuan!!!
Now that she has “positioned herself” we can ignore her and fulfill her worst dream.
She can live in Lame Stream Media land which seems to be her goal.
Ann Coulter a showdow of her once wel respected self as she turned on the BC issue lake a MSM lap dog. She has joined the ranks of other alledged conservative media talking bobbleheads in the low creds section of the funny pages.

It is an inspiration to watch Christie talk to teachers, firemen, etc., and explain their situation. He’s direct, considerate, fair and thoughtful. He explains things very clearly and doesn’t pull punches. I wish more conservatives were like that. But to single out Romeny like she did will continue to win her prize spots on MSNBC or the Joy Behar and Bill Maher shows.
Didn’t Ann support Romney last time around. Oh well, she’s entertaining, but has very little substance.
Guys I don’t see her as dissing Palin but more a realization oh her part that she might not even win the nomination. I’m sure she would love Palin but she is pulling for the most conservative candidate that can win I guess.
I’m still hoping Palin can win over the non-ideologues
Didn’t she say the same thing about Duncan Hunter the last election? Guess she was right.
Pray for America
I like Ann, and I like Christie, but I think she’s way off. I’ve never bought into the idea that Romney has the nomination in the bag. Remember when people thought Giuliani and Hillary were going to get the nominations because of some early polls? We’ve got a long way to go.
Funny how Ann has turned on Romney - in 2008 she was one of his big supporters as were most of the writers of National Review. I don’t like the way people attack Romney because he has great hair and looks good - that is just plain silly although I admit that I can’t look at Jim Webb’s cheap rung!
Yes Ann, and you also "warned us" to run Romney last time. Now you he'll lose. Which is it? And when you warned us about McCain, you said you'd campaign for the RAT party nominee if McCain was the GOP nominee. I don't think you followed through on that little pledge.

LOL, Ann Coulter has launched her own version of “Psychological Warfare”. Brilliant!!!!!
Does anybody else but me see this? She’s serving up a trap for the mainstream media. Mainstream media always likes to support a candidate conservatives never like. If Coulter starts praising Chris Christie, you bet his popularity with the mainstream media in being a contender will decline because they’ll worry he actually has support. Meanwhile, Romney is STILL the candidate Coulter thinks can WIN in 2012. Her plan: if enough conservatives diss Romney to the point the mainstream media thinks he wouldn’t have a shot, then they’ll continue to push Romney, similar to how they pushed McCain.
Now, we all know Romney isn’t trusted as much as the other candidates because he seems to say one thing and do another. He’s smarter than McCain and knows exactly what to say to the base whether he believes it or not. Many people buy it. Others don’t. It’s true he could win this electoral map and the strength of his campaign based upon economic issues would be strong. He’s still Coulter’s pick.
