Well, I havent yet looked at the online rag. Now its looking unlikely I ever will
FWIW, Drudge has hyperlinked Blaze for about four months. Blaze reporting has been cutting edge. We should give Ms. Morgan a chance.
Hope this confession doesn't "taint" me now. LOL.
In a past life I helped make the Chicago Tribune a very successful newspaper. When the newspaper went public in the mid '80's, the ownership spun content nauseatingly left. Despite fifteen years invested with the company, I, and many others, sought employment elsewhere.
Cheers,

Listen to Glenn Beck arguing for a Value Added Tax(VAT) on top of our other taxes; and then try to tell yourself that he’s not a liberal.

That is one of the main reasons Democrats won in 2008. Traffic reach + social media. They swamped us with sites like Digg. FR is working in a 1995 world.
Free Republic also isn't a blog, nor a media outlet, its a news forum.
I would like to see a news outlet from the right wing similar to HuffPost or even blogs similar to daily kos, but we don't have them or invest the same resources into them.
I can hold out hope that Murdoch would do something, but thats seems unlikely, right now the closest thing is drudge, and that hasn't changed in god knows how long.
Thank you for the link and your comments. I couldn’t agree with you more.
I tend to see high level business folks as loving a challenge, and I suspect Ms. Morgan is no different.
“...raised some eyebrows at The Huffington Post because of her shift to a polar opposite political point of view.”
“She acknowledged that some of his views had been seen as incendiary and had led to some difficulty in selling to national advertisers.”
That’s why she was hired. She’s been on the “other” side and knows it, and the people involved, very well. She’s a good business woman, and I admire the fact that she wants to take on this challenge.
It’s going to be interesting to see what direction she takes The Blaze. However, she won’t do anything that Mr. Beck doesn’t want done. I highly suspect that he will have the last word. ;o)
