The Ninth Circuit has selected the panel that will hear the appeal of the ruling striking down California's Proposition 8, which provides that "only marriage between a man and a woman is valid or recognized in California." The panel consists of Judges Stephen Reinhardt, Michael Hawkins, and N. Randy Smith.
Judge Reinhardt is perhaps the most notoriously activist left-wing federal appeals court judge in the land. And, according to Ed Whelan, Judge Hawkins isn't too far behind. Judge Smith was appointed by President George W. Bush and has been on the Court since 2007.
Reinhardt has already ruled in an administrative decision that traditional marriage laws are unconstitutional.
The fix is in folks. The marriage laws of AK, AZ, CA, HA, ID, MT, NV, OR and WA are about to go up in smoke.
BTW: There is no way this was random. Reinhardt wanted this case, and he manipulated his way onto the panel. Not a doubt in my mind.

Reinhardt also was the author of the 2002 decision in which the 9th Circuit held that it was unconstitutional for students to say the Pledge of Allegiance with the words “one nation under God.”

Panels to my knowledge are supposed to be selected in a random manner, unless the 9th Circuit allows the chief judge to make the selection.
The problem here is left wing judges on that court, noty the selection method. This is why no one should EVER vote for a democrat president, or stay home and not vote for the republican nominee.
Hopefully the Supreme Court will reverse what they do. It’s outrageous that courts will tell us we must have gay marriage.
That's a given. But the crucial issue is whether the stay of Walker's decision will remain in place until then. This is absolutely critical; to keep the homo-nihilists from crowing more about "rights being taken from us."
