I agree with you.
Obama has made real clear that he hates America. He set out sticking his fingers into the eyes of all our allies and cozying up to and bowing down to all of our enemies. He’s made it clear that America’s super power days are over. He knows some country is going to be the new super power and I think he would prefer it be the Chicoms.

Delay’s biggest problem on appeal right now is all the comments he made about the “tyranny of the judiciary”. This already bit him in the butt once when Justice Scalia declined to hear an appeal on behalf of the SCOTUS on the issue of Delay remaining on the ballot in 2006. There apparently is no love lost between Delay and Scalia. Scalia easily could have heard the appeal and referred it to the SCOTUS. I just remember at the time reading about how Scalia took the “tyranny of the judiciary” comments personally.
