Several members on those forums live close to the area, and are familiar with the case. It would seem Mr Irish is no stranger to LEO in the community, and has had several run-ins in the past. There were 2 other children removed from the home stemming from an incident in 2009 involving both Mr Irish and Ms Taylor and "abuse and neglect of a minor". That investigation was finalized, and awaiting a judge's order on the 2 children. This much is evident from the affidavit above. Mr Irish was also arrested for possession of a concealed weapon without a permit.
Other members said these two were known around town as "party animals", and that the police had been to the residence multiple times for DV disputes. Mr Irish was, by NO means, a Boy Scout.
I researched "Ending the Violence", and it's a program, "for Domestic Violence Offenders and Sexual Offenders"(aka pedophiles and rapist). Now ask yourself......what crime did a "loving father" commit to have to attend this? Read more on the program here: http://endingtheviolence.us/index.htm
I do agree with several other members of these sites that the Oath Keepers reference should be removed from the affidavit, and an apology issued to Oath Keepers. As far as Mr Irish and Ms Taylor, I'll wait until all the facts are in before I judge them on their parental skills.
It would seem, once again, that Mr Alex Jones has decided to report on one grain of sand on a beach of facts. In my book, he is just as guilty as the Liberal Media for spinning this to suit his use.

I remember my mother in law told me not to freak out if I saw blood in her diaper, because it happens with some some newborn girls. I was so grateful she told me that, because I would have totally freaked had I not been prepared.
She was kidnapped by the gov. in New Hampshire b/c her parents are part of a pro-liberty milita.
He said his son does not deserve the support of people although he does want oathkeepers clearned of being a dangerous milita. He said that Jonathon has threatened his life if he speaks up and warns people. He said Jonathon won’t work and lives on disability because he lost an eye or sight from an eye as a minor.
Who knows if this is ture as Jonathon is enstranged from his dad and his dad has a criminal record himself.
The liberty movement should be involved to demand that CPS remove naming Irish’s association with Oath Keepers as an excuse to take a child. Beyond that...we are walking on thin ice no matter what we advocate - a baby raping CPS or a violent dad (if what his father says is true). It is a horrible situation.

P.S. My wife and I were leaders in our local Tough Love group for several years. We don’t take crap from our kids and believe that our culture doesn’t not hold our kids responsible enough for their actions. So I agree, Dr. Spock is not high on our list.
Another blogster w/video camera and a hard-on for his local governmental agency. He grabs onto a story, distorts the facts to fit his agenda and presto he has a cause....and all that attention he’s been craving. So now Dodson, et al., will make this Irish kid some kind of folk hero, Irish will do some stupid stuff in the name of the cause, he’ll be screwed, they’ll be fine.
