Where is the vigil for Americans killed by illegal aliens?

On Tuesday night, a group of 40 Episcopal bishops from around the country attended a weekly vigil in Douglas, AZ, held for those who have died trying to cross illegally into the U.S. The advocacy group known as Frontera de Cristo has been conducting the vigils along the Pan-American Highway since 2000. The group placed crosses on the sidewalk and spoke the names of those who died attempting the illegal crossing. The bishops are in Arizona for a meeting of the House of Bishops of the Episcopal Church, and have been visiting with illegal aliens and listening to their stories of hardship...

While the bishops have no problem expressing sorrow for those who have so little respect for this country that their first act here—is to enter illegally, they seem to have no such concern for the thousands of American citizens who have been killed by illegal aliens.

Why don’t the bishops visit the family of murdered rancher Rob Krentz, whose killer was tracked back to the Mexican border?

Or, perhaps they would like to spend some time with the family of 3-year-old Marten Kudlis, who was killed by an illegal alien with a lengthy arrest record, as he sat in a Denver-area ice cream shop with his parents.

Or, they could travel to Virginia Beach to offer their support to the Kunhardt and Tranchant families, who both lost teenage daughters to a drunk-driving illegal alien.

I doubt though, that any of the bishops have the courage to face these grieving families...doing so, may force them reconsider their open-borders position.

These bishops' supposed compassion is selective, and does not extend to American citizens and the victims of illegals.

Yes, indeed, it’s way past time those vigils be held. How much longer will this insanity continue ? Crime by illegals is 100% preventable.

The illegals who attempted to cross the border did so of their own free will. The thousands of Americans who’ve been shot, raped, killed or maimed by illegal drunk drivers, who contracted diseases brought by illegals, lost their jobs or had their earnings decrease, saw their kids’ schools ruined, saw their neighborhoods ruined, saw their houses decrease in value, had their emergency rooms become overcrowded or shut down completely, were victimized by illegal alien gangs, etc., etc., etc., well, they had no choice in the matter.

There are 500,000 souls in Douglas Az. Could there not be a peaceful counter protest whenever there is one for the illegals?

Sort of like what happened with Code Pink and Freepers at Walter Reed...

Babeu said evidence indicates several individuals carried the stolen property through the desert and into the Sawtooth Mountains near Wild Cat Peak.

“This isn’t an isolated incident,” said Babeu. “We have spotters and lookouts throughout Pinal County in high points through this drug and human smuggling corridor.”

Residents on Monday attended a press conference saying they are afraid to leave their homes because spotters watch their every move.

“This is happening in my backyard,” said Henderson, “and I strongly believe if something isn’t done to stop these people it’s going to be in all of your backyards before long.”

Babeu is asking county supervisors to approve $1.5 million to hire more deputies to battle the illegal immigration problem.

“Our county has $26 million in a financial stability fund,” said Babeu. “We also have nearly $6 million in a reserve fund, which is a rainy day fund.

Guess what? It’s not raining. It’s pouring.”

“Many of our Pinal County residents are forced to live in constant fear because the federal government has refused to take the necessary action to secure our borders immediately,” he added.

Henderson said she doesn’t know for sure that her home was burglarized by an illegal immigrant, since the culprit has not been caught.
