This is great news. I think that the prolonged recount leading to Anna Little’s win was a blessing in disguise, as it kept her in the news for over a week. Pallone is an Obama/Pelosi clone who hasn’t had a competitive race since the 1990’s. I think that if the TEA Party and other grass roots groups work as hard for Little in the general as they did in the primary, she has a shot.
Could you please post the 2009 NJ gubernatorial vote by CD?
How did you figure out the vote in townships split between two CDs?
The odds are still against Little, but I wouldn’t rule it out this year. It’s amazing that she’s even on the radar.
For the split townships, I allocated votes just based on an estimate of relative populations. This was mostly a problem for Edison. I could not find numbers broken down by precinct.
If you PM me you e-mail, I’ll send you my spreadsheet.
If ever there was a time to rid ourselves of Pallone, this is the year.
National Review has a list of possible upsets.

Holt is on the list. A few other I didn’t think were vulnerable as well. Ron Kind for example.
