You said "wetlands that were already disappearing at a rate of 15,000 acres a year thanks to oil and gas industry pipelines.

Please explain. This makes no sense.

Wow! You actually believe the crap that come out of Time Magazine? I have a bridge to sell you.

Commercial farming has create a far worse disaster in the gulf than oil & gas production. Funny, nobody complains about that.

As far as Obama is concerned, I don’t think that there is very many people with an IQ greater than a rock who would consider his response, handling and the aftermath a success. No media spin in the world will save his image on the spill.

Actually, the gulf healing actually hurts Obama since he is still crippling the gulf economy with his drilling moratorium. Especially since Secretary Ken Salazar statement that the moratorium should stay in effect, since he is still learning everyday.

Crap, no wonder everyone was yelling at me... I glossed over the cause in the statement I quoted. I certainly deserved to be hung out and dried.

Sorry everyone, I don’t know what is killing the wetlands, but I doubt it has to do with pipelines.

Good, now we are in much greater agreement.

They have to send out dozens of spotter planes each morning to find the oil. It’s just not there. It’s going away all on it’s own.

Whatever coastal impacts there are, though, could have been minimized had 0bama taken proper steps to collect the oil, but he willfully impeded such operations.

The BP Horizon was natural oil right out of the ground.

The Exxon Valdez was refined oil.

Let's see...where do I start?

* not acknowledging the disaster for ~8 days
* refusing offered assistance from other countries
* letting the EPA drag its feet with stupid rationales that the oil-suckers might let 1% back into the ocean
* issuing infantile, hold-my-breath-until-I-turn-blue moratoriums on ALL deep drilling for no adult reason whatsoever
* not waiving the Jones act immediately
* sending Holder & Lawyers instead of Engineers
* refusing the use of oil skimmers "because they might be needed elsewhere"
* yanking BP execs to Washington instead of letting them focus on the crisis
* too busy to talk with the coastal governors, but not too busy to golf repeatedly
* waging a PR war to deflect his fecklessness with petulant "I can't suck it up with a straw" & eye-rolling inane "Did you plug the hole yet, Daddy?" remarks
* $20 billion shakedown

Is that sufficient?

It could have been had I posed that question. However, you stated: "Not dying fast enough to suit Dark Lord Obama."

My interrogatory was to solicit proof that his intent is malevolent.
