If this father had decent legal counsel, this situation could have the possibility of encompassing so much more than either he or the school district would ever dream of. A good lawyer would make mincemeat out of this school district on so many levels.
Bringing a suit to recover legal fees in order to get the school district to hand over tapes? Oh, please. The possibilities are endless.
