The child probably went back on the bus because her parents had raised her well to respect authority figures. So the bus driver used her presumed authority to force a child to go some place / do some thing for which she did not have authority. This is clearly kidnapping IMO.
I’ve come to the conclusion that public schools are detrimental to Christians, usurp parental authority, and should be avoided at all costs (even the “good” ones). They’ve outlived their usefulness. Time for something else.
When I was growing up, we didn’t have public school teachers or school employees shooting off their mouths like this witch.

Many school districts (including mine) don’t allow anyone who’s not a registered student in its schools ride the buses.

It is considered kidnapping even to move someone to another ROOM against their will, so putting the girl back on the bus in order to continue berating her is technically KIDNAPPING. In a sane world, this lesbo bus driver would go to jail. She obviously has a huge ax to grind about gay rights—she certainly spouted off a hypothetical scenario right on cue.
In my state, a teacher was dismissed because some of her students dressed in KKK garb for a project in which the kids were studying Civil Rights. She was just being creative, but obviously the rent-a-mob racist victims insured the destruction of her career. Yet this bus driver
does something far WORSE and is not disciplined at all for shooting off her fat trap?! Sounds like a frustrated lesbian in the throes of PMS.
