It depends on the steak. Properly cooked Wagyu will blow your mind.

A barkeep in Paris once tried to rip me and a friend off by charging us $18 for a single pitcher of FRENCH beer. (WTF - over?)
He must have figured me for a stupid tourist, but I’d been living in England for a while, and could rapidly calculate francs, to pounds, to dollars.
I wound up paying the fair price for it after reaming him out. In English.

Our Lady Of Fatima said Rome (Europe) will suffer for throwing off the sweet yoke of Her Divine Son.
I have no sympathy for arrogant Europe! They will be overrun by Muslim hoards as a result of abandoning the Faith their foundational Faith! As Israel was destroyed for not recoginizing Our Beloved Savior, so shall Rome be destroyed for not being faithful to His Divine mission. IMHO

collared shirt, just an ordinary, non-designer label business shirt: $75.
Jeans, non-designer: $125.
Beer in a pub: $10
Big Mac meal: $15.
Reputedly, minimum wage was about $20 an hour, but I could not confirm that.
Tax rate: nearing 70%.

Tip: NEVER ask for the English menu. The prices are jacked up for tourists. Use the same menu the locals are using, even if you need help translating this or that.

I lived in Guam for a while, and the Japanese tourists were really ripped off with the Japanese language menues. Prices were easily doubled.

Guam is US territory....more or less. The way they explained the menu differences was to claim the Japanese menu items were “specially made” or some such BS. Toss on a layer of raw onions, and the special Nippon Burger is now $12 on the Japanese language menu.

Yep, a steak will run you $50
Just name it and it costs, at least double. Sometimes 3,4, or 5 times as much.
McDonalds or Burger King for my family of four is $35.

Speaking of Guam, I went to the dog track there once—ONCE. All Japanese tourists. As I was leaving, the tourists were trying to catch cabs, and pointing to the meters. The taxi drivers would then make a motion as if to say the meter was broken. They were notorious for overcharging incredible amounts. One story had a tourist getting ripped for $800 to go from the dog track to the Outrigger—ONE WAY. For those not familiar with Guam, that’s about a 3 mile trip, tops.

Hate to say it mate but Europe had long been civilized before the birth of Christ. ...and now, once again, and long after the birth of Christ, they are seeing civilization slip from their grasp, as self-indulgent metrosexual (queer, rebellious) men and post-modernist, post-feminist (queer, rebellious) women focus on self-aggrandizement to the point of refusing to pass on their genes.
That, and being stupid enough to import millions of pre-civilized Muslims (who consider it a divine mandate to subjugate the world by force, and are only too happy to extract revenge on the once-Christian Europe for turning back the Caliphate a millenium or so ago). Ostensibly to perform menial tasks and to provide taxes for a socialist welfare state -- but who actually end up becoming brood-sow leeches who are combining violent overthrow with domination from within.
It's odd, isn't it, how Europe's greatest cultural achievements and glorious past (as opposed to, say, the Terror, the Holocaust, the Napoleonic wars) are firmly rooted in Christianity.
As the sign says, "Get a Brain, Moran."
Cheers!
