Have to wonder if this is part of the Fiztzgerald investigation that is still going on as last I heard they were still checking out info from Rezko and now they have the former Governor.

FBI needs to investigate the entire group of Chicago thugs including Obama. Their Democrat Senate candidate back by Obama is more along the same line. Former State Treasurer Alexi Giannoulias whose family runs the Broadway Bank which is going belly up and loans to felons is another one to add to the Chicago political crooks.

One investigatory angle would be if the school used public money designated for one use, and converted it to another use. That's illegal.

Most had been 2004 John Kerry backers. Most had a connection to the Clintons.

* Nemazee defrauded a total of three banks--- including Bank of America---- out of $292 million in loan proceeds. Charges of fraud, dated Sept 2, 2009 stated that "Hassan Nemazee to obtain a $100 million loan, represented to HSBC that he had $89 million in Treasury Notes, with a current market value of more than $125 million, in a specified brokerage firm account; submitted a supposed agreement from the brokerage firm with forged signatures, false addresses, and false telephone numbers; used a mail drop; and submitted fabricated brokerage statements."
