Question: Is it possible to defeat the vile Jan Schakowsky (wife of a felon) in the 9th Congressional race here in Chicago?
One of our must-reads every day is Atlas Shrugs and the wildly entertaining Pamela Geller, who today endorsed Joel Pollak for the 9th Congressional race here in Chicago, where Pollak plans on taking down one of the most vile and corrupt members of the House, Jan Schakowsky (the wife of convicted felon Robert Creamer, who wrote Dr. Utopia’s Healthcare Rationing strategy while in prison for bank fraud and check kiting). Schakowsky is truly one of the worst human beings we’ve ever met.
She is absolutely vile.
If you think Kennedys feel entitled, you’ve never met the Baroness Schakowsky.
We’ve had several run-ins with her and her staff through the years, most notably during the primaries in 2008 where Schakowsky campaigned for Dr. Utopia in Park Ridge, which is Hillary Clinton’s hometown. That would have been like us going to Indonesia or Kenya to campaign for Hillary. Unseemly.
You know what, no matter what the odds of taking Schakowsky down are, we want it.
Pollack seems like a good guy. We still regret not going all-in for Andy NGF-ski in the primaries for Governor here. We’re going to lead with our hearts on this one, regardless of what the odds are of taking down the Baroness Schakowsky.
We want to do it.
We hope you will help.
She’s considered a 100% safe seat. What do you think would happen if we take down her fundraising structure and ran just enough interference to throw her off her game, and make the DNC focus on saving her seat, so that it has to take its eye off other races?

Joel gained national attention when he got in Barney Franks’ face at A townhall and made Barney become unglued. It was beautiful. He was a student then and an conservative candidate now. I believe he is also an orthodox Jew which warms my heart as well.
We must support these candidates from other districts who will be in tight races. I did, hope you guys do as well.
I suppose if he’s an Orthodox Jew he stands a chance. The Jewish vote is key in that district. But will secularized Jews vote for an Orthodox Jew because he’s Jewish or will they abhor his conservative politics?
It’s a hopelessly liberal district, but . . . Hope and Change. . .

The first meeting of the Republican Assembly of Northern Cook Co. will be held on March 22, at 7:00, at the Des Plaines Public Library. I emailed Joel and asked him to attend and give a speech. Joe Walsh, a congressional candidate, in the 8th District, will speak.
No we can’t. But we should try anyway.
The answer is no
There is zero chance of defeating Jan Schakowsky.
There is particularly zero chance of defeating her with a social conservative Tea Party supporter who feels the need to post his birth certificate on his campaign website.
Given the IL 9th, my guess is he’s throwing matches on gasoline for fun (and probably about 22-27% of the vote).
No one with this ideological profile could win in the 9th. If he were a serious candidate, he’d be running a much smarter and more centrist GOP campaign.
