Best-selling author and conservative talk-radio host Mark Levin says that members of Congress who want to force Americans to buy health insurance--as both House and Senate versions of the health care plan would do--are saying "the hell with the Constitution."

It has never been the responsibility of the federal government to provide healthcare to its citizens.

It is certainly Unconstitutional to FORCE them to buy health insurance.

Fines and imprisonment are only going to further stoke the hatred of the American people toward the government.

The democrats are further ruining the relationship between the taxpayers and the system.

Okay, one more time. Coercing citizens to enter into a contract violates the contracts clause of the 13th Amendment prohibition on Indentured Servitude. The “wheel of servitude” was defined by the SCOTUS on United States vs reynolds.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D.-Calif.), for example, said to CNSNews.com, "Are you serious? Are you serious?," when she was asked where specifically the Constitution authorizes Congress to force Americans to buy health insurance.

More than 12 billion rounds of ammunition have been sold in the past year, up from 7-10 billion in a normal year, the Washington Post has reported.

Perhaps Americans have now had enough of the BS? Are the communists-that-call-themselves-democrats reeeeeallly THAT stupid? Do they not know why that is happening?

If they do there is a BIG hurt coming for those folks. They can prance around on tee-vee in denial only so long before the baseball bat of reality comes `a whistling' around the bend.

Twelve BILLION rounds worth of reality... just this year.

The elitist, gasbag, career politicians from both parties have been trampling the Constitution for over a hundred years. And, unless the people stand up and retake the country, they will continue.
This anti-Constitutional health care reform legislation is but a stop along the way to single-payer, and that gets just a step away from pure socialism.

Stop it while there is still a country to save.

Excellent idea. Thanks for the link. I’ve been a proponent of candidate eligibility verification for a rather long time; since my own filings and campaigns a good many years ago. It seems like it should be a rather simple thing...
