Yet again, the result-oriented, power-hungry Democrat Party put politics over the American people:

Lets make one thing perfectly clear here: It is forehead-slapping common sense that the most basic and essential census question is, Are you a United States citizen?! There is no principled reason to block acquiring such a basic and essential question
Folks, weve got illegal aliens by the millions filling the streets with illicit drugs; the prisons with violent criminals; the hospitals with non-paying patients; and the schools with non-paying pupils. Yet the Democrats couldnt give a frogs fat ass about any of these facts because to them illegals are a gold mine of potential new votes. Period. If (or, more accurately, when) they are allowed to hide their illegal status and ultimately get counted in the census in urban areas like sanctuary cities and other blue areas, the population in these areas is artificially increased, warranting heavier Democrat representation in Washington.
This is the same type of these power-hungry Democrats pull when they block every Republican attempt to require voter I.D.s. It has nothing to do with voter disenfranchisement or any other bleeding-heart buzzword they pull out of their tuchases, and everything to do with allowing people who have no right to vote, to vote. And they know that uninformed, often non-English-speaking illegals will be indoctrinated to vote Democrat. Thats all its about, people.
