Here we see Muslims once again using the NYC public transportation system as a platform, while trying to bring more people to Islam. My suggestion is that if you see a pedicab with a pro-Islam ad on it, tell the driver that you do not accept Islam and will find another pedicab. Thank you.
Ads for Islam is the way on Manhattan Pedicabs...
Ever since we first caught this on the streets of mid-town Manhattan (and had only a cellphone to grab a quick-pic before it rode up 8th Avenue)....

How...third world.
Is pedicab the same as rickshaw, or however you spell it? This is a person pulling a little buggy? Oh good grief! I live close to NYC but rarely if ever go there. As it is the larger cities in NJ are already like entering another country. I have purchased land in a remote part of Montana and as soon as I can retire and sell my current home (wish me luck with that one) I intend to move and try to escape from the metropolitan area that I scarcely recognize anymore.
A pedicab is a tricycle with a passenger seat. Really surprising to so them in New York rather than Jakarta or Kuala Lumpur.
A rickshaw was a passenger seat on two wheels, pulled by a man on foot. Later banned as demeaning.
Never saw either in Vietnam. There was a `xe cy clo’ which looked like a motorcycle with a couch for a front end. Offered considerable protection for the driver.
Anyway, ads for Islam should be regarded the same as ads promoting National Socialism (similar and onetime allies).
I won’t get in a cab with an ad for nazism or the death cult.
Today is the first time I ever heard of pedicabs in the real world. I don't think I have ever seen one in Asia either, though I have ridden in a version of the cyclo with maybe a Honda 250 and a covered sidecar arrangement.
