Welcome to activist courts, Europe. We’ve had em for years.
There is a group of people trying to erase culture and traditions, this is about control and globalization.
Why should there be shock or surprise ? It’s the EU.
This goes along with a decision by the European Court of Justice that upheld an EU decision to impose higher tarrifs on products imported from Israel, if those products come from Judea and Samaria.
The EU is no “honest broker”. They have clearly taken the side of the Islamists:
