Barry must be trying to indicate to Karzi that utilizing ‘hope and change’ rhtetoric can produce “a new chapter”......
Karzi would have no qualms dialing 1-800-Putin-USSR.
Agreed....and more proof that Russia, as with others, stand to gain from Barry’s weaknesses and failures.
