Hoffman Pulls Ahead in N.Y. House Race, But Undecideds Double to 18%

The drama continues in New York’s 23 Congressional District.

An 11th-hour poll in a much-watched upstate New York House race shows Conservative Party Candidate Doug Hoffman leading Democrat Bill Owens 41% to 36%, two days after the Republican candidate pulled out and one day before the election.

But the race remains fluid. Since Republican Dede Scozzafava withdrew on Saturday, she still retains the support of 6% of the voters, while the number of undecided voters doubled from 9% to 18%, according to the poll released this morning by the Siena Research Institute. The poll has a four percentage point margin of error.

“Undecideds” will NOT be the determining factor.
Standard New Jersey vote fraud will be!

In special elections, undecideds tend to stay home. Otherwise, undecideds tend to follow the trend of the last few days. My prediction: Hoffman wins handily.

Hoffman will probably win, but close. We have to realize even with lots of Republicans in this area, NY if RAT infested. Anywhere RATS hang out corruption and voter fraud is rampant.

If it’s close, he won’t win. Has to be a blow out to win a rat area.

I think we’ve all seen how these elections go. Polls will close and he’ll have a 10 point lead. 6 hours later a 2 point. Then it’ll be dragged on and on until the rat wins with a few hundred votes.

(CNN) - The Conservative Party candidate in the special election for New York's 23rd congressional district has a 5-point edge over the Democrat in the race, according to a new poll.

But the Siena Research Institute survey, conducted the day after the Republican in the race suspended her campaign, suggests that roughly one out of five voters in the district remain undecided just hours before Election Day.

The survey suggests that Hoffman has increased his lead among Republicans, while Owens maintains his advantage among Democrats and has captured a slight lead among independents from Hoffman.

"With nearly one in five voters undecided the day before Election Day and voters still trying to comprehend the dramatic withdrawal of Scozzafava, and her subsequent endorsement of Owens, this is still a wide open race," adds Greenberg.

If it’s close, he won’t win. Has to be a blow out to win a rat area.

NY-23 hasn't voted for a Democrat since the Civil War.

However, there is always a first time, and an "eleventh hour poll" showing a doubling of undecideds is all the cover one needs for voter fraud in an otherwise solid area.

Oops....

Too many emotional races in that corner....

I sent $$ to Hoffman and expect he’ll win.

My comment reveals that I’m concerned about fraud in the N.J. Guv’s race, impacting Christie’s chances.
