It's NOT Your Tree Mr. President

Call it the democrat in me (small "d," people, small "d") but every time I hear this president talk about "my house" when he is discussing the White House, I bristle. It isn't "your house," Mr. Obama. It is the people's house. You have just been fortunate enough to have been selected to sleep there for a few years. The arrogance of this man claiming the White House to be "his" house is galling.

Well, now he has apparently decided that all the vegetation surrounding the White House is "his," too. Or at least one tree is, anyway. Today near the northeast side of the White House on the North Lawn Obama disturbed the grass with a few shovels full of dirt where was planted a new tree; a 25-foot Tilden tree originally from New Jersey.

As the tree was being set, Obama talked with reporters...

"His" house, "his" tree. Who the heck does this guy think he is? King?

I remember either during the campaign or immediately after it, where he referred to his 'going to Washington to rule'.

Know the difference between God and Obama?

God doesn't think He's Obama

It’s not the democrat in you, it’s the American in you. This guy does think he is (or should be) King. He may be a US citizen, but he was not raised in Our society of culture. He needs to be gone, and safeguards put in place to prevent his kind from every achieving power again.

As the tree was being set, Obama talked with reporters.

“That’s my tree, that’s a nice looking tree,” the President said noting that his grounds superintendent told him it would be grow to be a good-sized tree, “that’s a nice looking tree, don’t you think?”

No, you arrogant little cuss. It isn’t your tree. It is the people’s tree.

They all do it, remember “The Lincoln Bedroom”, the “Kennedy China”.
And don’t forget the “Western White House” where Ronald Regan did a lot of work; and the “Texas White House” for GWB.
Hell, fight the fights you can win and let the little crap roll off your back.

.....Bob

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>.

Ronald Reagan always referred to the White House as The People’s House.

No, they all DON’T do it, Bob.

You’re so right. Ronald Reagan had respect for the office and unlike Obama, considered it an honour to serve his country as President.

What I wouldn’t give to see RR kick Obama’s ***. LOL!

I believe the “Western White House” and “Texas White House” really were owned by Reagan and GWB. B Hussein can refer to his Chicago house as “Chicago White (or Black or Mixed) House” but the actually White House does belong to we the people.

I see a difference.

It seems like there's no one who will even ask where he was born (including some on this forum) so you don't expect him to let a little thing like The Constitution stand in his way, do you?

"I thought the Constitution had such safeguards but the Constitution is apparently irrelevent to the Obama worshippers..."

It is also obviously irrelevant to both the Democrats and the Republicans in the Senate, and the House, and to the Federal Courts, the Appellate Courts AND The United States Supreme Court.

More on this shortly...

Ronald Reagan was a true American. This evil man is not. 0bama has absolutely no concept of America or what America is.

For anyone to even remotely equate Ronald Reagan and this disgusting creature is not right.

He’s already reported to be smoking regularly in the White House. I thought that federal buildings were smoke free. So where does this Kenyan-born, illegal alien get off smoking in our White House? Shouldn’t he be seen standing outside of the White House, standing about 50 to 70 feet away? What makes this POS so special. I’ll bet if we went on a tour of the White House that we wouldn’t be allowed to smoke.

Silly rabbit! Laws are for proles, peasants and nobodies.
Once they take away our guns we will be taught our proper
places by our political, social and economic betters.

I hereby volunteer myself to the next President, to bring myself and my chainsaw to the White House and cut that tree down the day this turkey moves out.

It wont cost the government a penny and I will even grind the stump.

For every one else, it was Valerie Jarrett, O's #1 Advisor/Priestess, who stated that the administration was ready to "rule".

I thought the Constitution had such safeguards but the Constitution is apparently irrelevent to the Obama worshippers.

I believe it was Jefferson who stated that the Constitution was meant for "moral people". We need to face a bit of reality: we are no longer moral, and we now have a majority who want government to be Big Brother, and who don't pay taxes. Conservatives need to start creating a body of intellectual work that describes how we got here, what mistakes were made, and ideas on what should be done to create a government for a mixed group of independent and a majority of dependent people. A government that maximizes personal freedom, liberty, and responsibility; and pushes those who are dependent toward that goal. We're going to go through a dark time in the world for a while, so we need to pass on our values. Maybe future generations can use it to figure out a solution.
