Iranian President Ahmadinejad OWNS Barack Obama. He understands how badly the American POTUS wants his outreach to work, and the Iranian keeps playing rope-a-dope with the Nuclear negotiations making Obama look foolish.
Today was no different, for the second time since Obama's outreach began, the Iranian despot said no to a nuke deal that pretty much done.
Iran told the United Nations nuclear watchdog on Thursday that it would not accept a plan its negotiators agreed to last week to send its stockpile of uranium out of the country, according to diplomats in Europe and American officials briefed on Iran’s response.
The apparent rejection of the deal could unwind President Obama’s effort to buy time to resolve the nuclear standoff.

Well, déjà vu all over again. Here is the letter to the editor I sent in May 28,2008.
Obama’s promise to negotiate directly with terrorist states displays ignorance and gullibility, rejecting precious foreign affairs council.
Not negotiating relies on wisdom bequeathed from parents and grandparents of the Greatest Generation. They matured, survived, and directed world affairs through tragedies we cannot fathom from our base of unimagined luxury and serenity. They possessed a unique understanding for describing actions in the Geneva Conventions placing some organizations outside the norm of war’s squalid bestiality.
The African/Oriental/Asian countries we want as allies for the Global War on Terror will test whether the U.S. can be effective in their worlds where assassination and genocide dominate politics. Effective diplomacy against mutual opponents will be covert, methodical, circumspect, painstakingly wrought, and multi-faceted. One must persevere through months or years of tedious, often secret, engagement at several levels, including espionage and military action. Opponents must encounter directness without belligerence, but understand any option can respond to challenges. Malevolent opponents remain obstinate, until at least one walks out on negotiations. Feeling U.S. displeasure through espionage or military action must cause ruinous forfeitures to tyrannical elites. Feeling international displeasure minimally includes increasing political and economic isolation.
Only the most tangled, turbid thoughts could weave Kennedy, Nixon, Reagan, Soviet Union, and terrorism sponsors in the same sentence for Obama’s defense. The Soviet Union helped author the Geneva Conventions defining terrorist organizations as beyond redemption. They among others provided our State Department wisdom to censure Iran, Syria and North Korea as principals acting through irredeemable terrorist agents.
