Just for the record I have never had a flu shot as an adult. Instead when I do catch a cold or get the flu, I take care of myself. I drink lots of hot tea with honey and also hot chocolate, hot soup, lots of orange juice (and other juices such as pineapple juice, grape juice etc.), take a cold tablet or two, suck on some cough drops and stay in bed, propping my head up on the pillows and keep warm by piling on the blankets. Hasn’t failed yet.

First time I got a flu shot in 1976 I was sick as a dog for a week. I swore I’d never get another one. Well, 10 years later I figured they had it right by then. So I got one, and sure enough, I got sick again.
Ain’t gonna be a 3rd time.
Swine flu isn’t much worse than a cold so what is all the hype about? Must be connected to zero-care.
They give the flu vaccines in school and you’d think I was from Mars the way they look at me when I insist that my kids not be given the vaccine.
There is no underlying illness in them that makes them vulnerable to death from the flu and vaccines just make them feel like crap on a gamble that they MIGHT get the flu strain that is being vaccinated against.
Other vaccines are fine and I get them for the kids, but I just don’t see a need for the flu one.
Pshaw, no! That's just another longstanding disinformation myth perpetrated by the Dems to lower your self esteem, so you'll be more pliable and amenable to their "suggestions" that you do as they say.
