Yes, you’ll tell me that there are such organizations as the Jewish Defense League that sometimes make noise when acts are inappropriately done against Jews. Fine, I hear you, but no specific Jewish leader has the name recognition that gets called onto media programs following anti-Semitic related events. Nor does any Jewish leader have the clout that forces politicians to stand with them at press conferences the way NYC boss Mike Bloomberg stood with Al Sharpton following the shooting death of Sean Bell, which was not even a racial incident. So, why is that? Why don’t Jews have such a representative like the Reverend Alfred Charles Sharpton?

Reverend Alfred Charles Sharpton is a product of the mass media. If they didn’t need him for their purposes he would be just another loud mouth nobody lawyer. There many people doing things that the press ignores. They just don’t fit the template. I am sure their are enough load mouth lawyers of all races and creeds to fill this roll when needed.

You could even say that Rabbi Meir Kahane was a Jewish Al Sharpton. HE was attacked in the US press without restraint. His Kach party called a terrorist organization by the State Dept.. AND when he was shot dead by an Arab Terrorist in New York while speaking, the terrorist wasn't tried for R. Kahane's murder, but only for the mailman he shot when trying to escape.
That's what happens to Jewish Al Sharptons in America.

That plays right into a classical antisemitic canard. I implies that Jews (as a group), in contrast to non-Jews, are endowed with some kind of extraordinary lust for wealth - the stereotypical Jewish "diamond merchants," as Sharpton himself once said.
Well, really, if Jews as a group all had this trait, I don't think that a majority would still be supporting a tyrant like Obama who has proved himself to be extremely hostile to financial opportunity and wealth accumulation with his inane economic policies. Ditto for majority Jewish support of leftist politicians for years.

I wouldn’t put the non-observant and actually very liberal Irv Rubin in the same category with Rabbi Me’ir Kahana’ (zt”l; Hy”d). Rubin only went after the “safe” right wing targets and once burned a Confederate flag, which had nothing to do with anything Jewish (other than to reinforce the stereotype that Jews deeply dislike white Southerners).

No. Irv Rubin wasn’t a religious icon as R. Kahane was. However, they were both loud and recognizable as Jews in America. Funny how they both came to the same end- isn’t it.

I never said Rubin's death wasn't suspicious. However he'll never be a hero to me the way Rabbi Kahana' is. Apparently Rubin considered people like me to be the enemy and was more afraid of BC comic strips than of the radical Left. As I said . . . he picked the safe targets. That's something Rabbi Kahana' didn't do.
I don’t know why you think Irv Rubin would think you’d be the enemy. I knew him briefly. He was about self defense. In the end he pissed off a lot of Muslims and liberal Jews in Los Angeles. Enough so to cost him his life.

Well, that's a very sensitive subject. Not too many folks want to be seen as white racists, nor should they be white racists. The only problem is, at the same time, black racists like Sharpton thrive.
Actually, there are plenty of white nationalists on the Left: the IRA, the Basque ETA, the Parti Quebecois and Quebec Liberation Front (the "indigenous pipples" of Quebec, you know, are French Catholics), the Scottish National Liberation Army, the various Celtic nationalist groups (Welsh, Breton, Cornish, Manx) . . . even Anglophone Canada has white anti-US left wing nationalists. Hmmm. Maybe the Vermont secessionists qualify as well? Just wait till they start their bombing campaign!
I don't dispute that. But as I said, he moved the focus from politically correct enemies of Israel on the Left to the utterly safe "usual suspects" and even threw a hostility to white Southerners into the mix. What was that for?
