I heard, on my local talk show station today, a speech by a "Lord Christopher Munton"? I don't know if I have spelled the name correctly and I don't know where the speech was given but .. It was a Wake Up call for me! I heard it on my local WRVA 1140am station.
The speech was about Obama giving away our soreventy <--(I give up, can't spell it)
It was about something to do with World Warming and some World Organization overriding our constitution.
I want to find a video of the speech but I can't unless I can find the correct spelling of this guys name.

Except international treaties have to be ratified by the Senate, I believe. So Obama signs one of these treaties, the world loves him, then the Senate can waffle over it for a few years and they can blame George Bush when it doesn’t get passed.

No, they absolutely do not! That's not the original intent of Article VI, nor is there any logically-consistent way to interpret Article IV that way without also interpreting it to mean that any law passed by Congress has "the same weight as our Constitution." Obviously, such is not the case.

No law passed by congress, no executive order, no directive, no "act" of congress, no treaty, no ruling, no judgement and no action whatosever by any individual or branch of government that is unconstitutional is the "law" of the land.
If it violates the constitution, it is immediately and irrevocably null and void.

It was on Quinn and Rose early yesterday morning, before Levin. And yes, it is scary. Green Peace is behind it and Green Peace wackos left that organization after the socialists took it over after the first year. Kinda tricky having us all running around with our hair on fire over the socialized medicine while this is quietly ready to happen in Dec 2009.
If they violate the constitution or the powers specifically provided for in the constitution, then they themselves are unconstitutional and cannot become the supreme law of the land. They are null and void.
If the Senate, the President, the Judiciary, or any government official tries to enforce such an unconstitutional provision, be it a treaty provision, Act of Congress, Executive order, etc., then those seeking to enforce it are violating their oath of office and their attempt itself is illegal and should not be honored or recognized by any other branch of government, law enforcement officer, officer of the court...or citizen for that matter.
