As a member of FR’s spelling police, I have to say that Orly Taitz is not the best speller in the world.

But some things are more important than spelling.

Is it true that Michelle and Barack—and Stanley Ann, too, according to other accounts—have used multiple social security numbers?

I don’t know. But there are so many signs of corruption and extremism around these people that I certainly think it’s reasonable to ask that it should be investigated.

And where’s the birth certificate? Why is Obama hiding ALL of his records? Why are our judges unwilling to look at the facts and prove or disprove these very persuasive indications that something smells like rotten fish in this whole neighborhood?

Michelle lost her Lawyer ticket due to being involved in INSURANCE FRAUD,, it’s likely that she was involved in other fraud too , a real estate deal involves great deals of money and leverage ,, ideal fraudster material... you generally stick to what you become good at (their mansion purchase in Chicago IS fraudulent, and wasn’t that hospital position a massive fraud?)! It is also documented that the Usurper in Chief has used about 20 different SSN’s in his life (I would bet that at least 3 of them were fakes generated while in college as a foreign student) ... I have used ONE... MINE. It could be that her SSN was used in a case of identity theft... and Orly seems to be jumping to conclusions but I have been AMAZED at what Rats do on a regular basis and get away with so I’m not counting anything out.

Keep the heat on him. The truth will come out. At this point, Judge Land has certainly cast his lot with the 0bamunists. Granted, Taitz needs someone with her more knowledgeable in the workings of the court system, but I’ll give her credit for sticking to her guns, even when they are empty.

For my part, 0bama is a pretender to the office. There are far too many questions going unanswered for anyone to feel comfortable that he is eligible to hold the office. From the BC to the passport to the tuition to the medical records; far too many questions. And, far too many thousands of dollars spent to keep the secrets hidden, IMO.

I can't believe that Orly is an attorney, her incompetence is mind-boggling.

We need someone with more credibility to take up the birther cause.

These services don’t tell you that the person you are searching on actually used multiple SSNs, only that they found similar matches, such as similar names/addresses or other information. I ran mine a while back (as everyone should) to check for identity theft and the first results came back with over 20 different matches, including cousins, people with similar names, and some completely unrelated. These services only give you a starting point, they are in no way proof someone used multiple SSNs- you have to take these results and check each one against credit reports or other documents to confirm if someone is using multiple SSNs.

Also, these services are notorious for dumping a lot of information into the ‘possible’ results to encourage you to buy more background checking services.

How does it work?

If she believed that this is as important as she claims, she should hire a team of experienced lawyers to work with her- especially some who have experience on Constitutional and fraud issues. Going it alone is causing a lot of mistakes.

Another item would surface if the person using another’s SS# and is employed using it is that someone’s IRS info is going to show more income than is being filed on the tax return.

Simple, let's say your name is Joe Smith and you once lived in Atlanta. In the initial results, yours will show up, but it may also find a Joseph Smith in Atlanta with a similar SSN, so it includes that. It may also find a Jane Smith who lived one street over with a similar birth date and includes that. It may also find a case where Jose Smith, an illegal alien, stole your SSN and created a new identity for himself. These services dump a lot of initial data on you with the free or cheap reports to give you a lot of 'potential' finds which 'encourage' you to buy services that do more extensive background checks. The fact that the lists Orly has repeated over and over are the data dump lists with similar names, etc, show they haven't gone past the first step and are just using the basic results to try to prove a point. This is like trying to prove someone has committed fraud based on Google search results.

However, there was a sale in 2007 from a Meyers to the Stagles....no link to a SSN could be found in county records....

That is an interesting possibility, which is why it is important if one wants real proof, to go past these initial results which don’t prove anything. One needs to connect other documents such as W2s, home sale receipts, etc to the different SSNs to make a case for fraud.

One can tell that you have zero experience in court. You would not make such a stupid statement. Court pleadings are often full of mistakes and there is a very good reason why.

It is understood that no one really reads them.

Everyone knows that the only thing that matters is face time with the judge. That is the only place anything will happen.

Everyone also knows that judges do not read pleadings 99% of the time because they know attorneys play games and it is a waste of their time.

What you should do if you had any integrity is read the defense’s pleadings and you would find errors of spelling and fact as well.

It seems that Orly is held to standards and the defense attorneys always get a pass. Nice try but no matter how hard you try to put her down, you will keep being a failure at it.

A mix of all the above. Similar results to Zero’s. It means nothing until you research each of the results. Results from these searches are like Google search results. They prove nothing until you dig deeper. More often than not, they are a data dump to encourage you to buy more background check services.

Thanks... As I suspected nothing but a listing of a raw data dumps with no follow up to tie the name to the Barack Obama currently residing in the White House. Most peoples name will show multiples but that has to be worked through and false info eliminated.
