Like a good little parrot, she will restate what ever they tell her to think. She hasn't been worth reading since the 1990s, she sold her sold to the Democrat Party Media machine.
I’ve considered Peggy to be a villain for quite some time. I don’t even glance at her stuff.

She’s especially off about one million Americans being potentially violent or a physical danger to others.
There might be one million who are not potentially violent or a danger to others, but most people have a point and a set of circumstances beyond which they should not be pushed else the potential will become actual.
I now see Peggy Noonan as a weak minded follower. She refers to old newsmen and propagandists as “elders”. Stop the idol worship, Peggy. It’s unsavory. It’s unsophisticated. It also makes Peggy Noonan look like the charlatan we always suspected she truly was.
Notwithstanding these criticisms, I enjoy reading her laughably insipid stuff more now than when she was pretending to be a conservative.
