There are documents that prove this (check out wallbuilders.com). Read the writings of our Founding Fathers and you will see their belief in God very clearly. They weren't shy about it, they weren't ashamed. They didn't worry about being politically correct. They KNEW better. They even prayed in sessions of Congress because they KNEW that they could not do their jobs well without the guidence and blessings of God. As they put God first, as they sought His wisdom, they saw our Country prosper and grow. God blesses those who seek Him first. They were wise enough and God-fearing enough to realize this. It wasn't their party first, their career first--it was our Lord first.

Those days are gone, forever.

The percentage of Christians in this country today is much lower than it was in the 18th century and is becoming only lower every year. Fastest growing religion in the US and in Europe is Islam.

The guy who takes showers in the WH made that very clear when he said that the US is the largest Muslim country.
