This is how a close liberal/Democrat friend described RNC chair Michael Steele’s reaction to President Golden Calf’s selection as this year’s Nobel “Peace” Prize winner. This friend isn’t the only one to be offended. The leftocracy from TV to the blogosphere is calling Steele’s statements hateful and an “attack.”
My friend wanted to know, How dare Steele rain on the parade of a sitting president like this? This friend then declared that the level of incivility of the political climate today is worse than it’s ever been.
It’s amazing how many liberals/Democrats have selective amnesia. It’s like to them the George W. Bush years never existed. To remind my friend, who was clearly suffering from this amnesia, I asked, “You don’t think the treatment of Bush by Democrats was as bad if not worse? (I was being diplomatic. Liberals don’t have any defense, so once again they’re falling back on the hate and race cards.
Obama and the so-called “peace prize” is nothing more than European socialists trying to manipulate his governance. If people can’t see that they have no business commenting on it.

The new strategy will be to characterize anyone critical of O’s new Nobel trinket, simply jealous.

I seem to remember some flak about Bush taking credit for “Mission Accomplished” on the carrier deck. At least Bush had done something at that point.
I wish I hated 0bama as much as the liberals say I am, or at least as much as they do. Because ever since his inauguration they have been quitting the Army and asking for free handouts for him, not doing didly squat to protect him from foreign enemies and Nobel Awards as opiates.
