Simply Amazing!!!One has to realize that the 'accomplishments' the committee listed as the basis for award were not yet in existence.
AND even these so called 'accomplishments' were AFTER the Feb 1, 2009 nomination deadline. So after just 10 days in office...the one gets nominated for future 'accomplishments"
