I want you to go to Constitutionally Speaking (CS) ... but not quite yet.
As I have written numerous times, most members of Congress (past and present), knew that Obama was constitutionally ineligible for the office of President and remained silent. The names include Barney Frank, Maxine Waters, Shelia Jackson Lee, Joe Scarborough, Ted Kennedy, Orrin Hatch .... the list is endless. This is the dirty little secret known to most everyone in Washington, in the MSM, and in the legal community. It was purposely kept from the general public.
The CS series provides exhaustive details of Congress' extensive knowledge & avoidance of the Natural Born Citizen clause of the Constitution.

it is perfectly alright to ignore those parts of the Constitution you do not agree with. Just ignore what you don't like and if others agree with you and/or conspire with you, why bother with legislation to change it? What we have is de facto change we can believe in! mmm,mmm,mmm!

Because this goes much higher than any of these stage players. Hillary was told to stand down, and she did. She knew she could be ruined if the powers that be didn’t get their way. She would not have beaten McCain (the worst possible candidate for conservatives). Barry Soetoro was the only one who could beat him among the sorry lot of Dems — the Media is on board to make sure none of the pesky details of eligibility, street organizing with ACORN, communist roots and sympathies, etc etc etc would “confuse” the electorate. It’s been a long time since the people had a real choice on leadership. All heads on the same big dragon that wants to put America way down on the food chain. All of our major institutions are infiltrated with America haters - you can’t count on any of them to save the Ship - it’s up to us, the Patriots.
I’m one of those who thinks this whole thing is a profound waste of energy and time. But for argument’s sake I’ll assume that everything the birthers allege is absolutely true. Now what? Where do we go from here? Nowhere.
The birthers will continue having their monthly meetings telling their little stories of incontrovertible evidence, just like the UFO people. And you spend the rest of your life in a fringe group, and maybe you get a documentary on the History Channel. And you go to your grave with a headstone that reads, “I was right, but nobody listened.”
And the world goes on. The world goes on because there’s about as much chance that Obama’s eligibility will ever be denied, as there is a possibility that Area 53 will get turned into an amusement park.
It’s not about who’s right and who’s wrong. It’s about being effective. Beating a lame horse will never get you where you want to go.

I already spend too much time here. ;-) This forum and a few email lists probably keep me over-informed because, with all the other news stories about people singing and praying, I forgot about that one. I do remember the song now - especially because it was sung by schoolkids not far from where I live.

Why only list democrats if the list is endless, which I am sure it is?
In fact, I question if Bush, Cheney, McCain and Palin should not also be on the list in addition to the names of many more prominent republican politicians. These are people with easy access to all sensitive information regarding Obama’s past, yet they all keep quiet. This silence is not accidental, but it seems to be all by design.
I’m lucky that I am self employed and can make my schedule as I please. I’m so independent that I sometimes forget that many others have to punch clocks.
And I really feel guilty about it. /s
