The “EZ” elements, led by EZ 6 were the Bradleys moving down and slightly to the left, upper center screen at very start of vid. They are the ones the Terrs were shooting at with rifle fire.
Stupid terrs.
Longknife elements, with the platoon leader, Longknife 36, and company commander, Longknife 6, are the Apaches.
By shooting at Bradleys, Longknife could then consider it a “troops in contact” engagement and simplify the rules of engagement.
I think the delay to getting the first Hellfire off was a tech problem with the laser, rather than a ROE problem.
2d Hellfire was a class example of hitting an 1 to 3 meter high above ground target to give you better blast and fragment dispersion.
Effing A good engagement.
