Sometimes it better NOT to “get some skin in the game.” Especially if you have been jet setting around the world for a year trashing and badmouthing your teammates.
In that bit Rove sounded to me like a political advisor who had in the past given officeholders sound advice only to have it ignored. He sounded just as irritated with Obama ignoring sound advice and egotistically running to Copenhagen thinking he would win the day as he probably was at times when he was ignored while being paid to give advice prior to the event.
Let’s hope he has the same success in 2012 as he demonstrated in Copenhagen. Since he has a hard time defining ‘victory’, let’s show him an R victory in 2010, and a butt-wompin’ in 2012. Perhaps he will get wee-weed up and act stupidly.
Sometimes I wish Rove would run in 2012.

Rove is sharp as they come, and a patriot, but demonized by the Left. He won’t run, and if he did, sadly, would be unelectable.

I agree. I have heard Rove on a lot of different topics...except one. The Iranian crisis. I wonder why.
