Former presidential candidate Alan Keyes has given perhaps his most dire warning yet, saying that the Obama administration is preparing to stage terror attacks, declare martial law and cancel the 2012 elections, which is why they are demonizing their political enemies as criminals and terrorists.
Keyes is best known for his performance during the 2000 Republican presidential debates, when he was accredited by many media outlets as being the clear winner during a series of debates with George W. Bush and John McCain.
“It’s obvious that they will stop at nothing,” Keyes told attendees of a reception in Fort Wayne, adding, “We may wake up one day and there’s a series of terrorist attacks, the economy is paralysed….martial law will be declared everywhere in the United States and it won’t end until the crisis ends.”

This post sounds pretty extreme, but it’s exactly what I have been afraid is the end game for a losing Admin/Party. Personally, I have a Plan B as long as the Dims don’t go totally Commie but it won’t work if the Donkeys prevent people from leaving the country. OTOH, I have a car and could drive to MX or Canada.

There’s a universal truth in government: Nothing is secret. Any conspiracy falls apart in short time, because government workers can’t keep secrets. So if there were staged terrorist attacks, it’d be outted in a short time, likely accompanied by audio/video of the principles involved.
It’s why 9/11 conspiracy idiots fail always, along with the Moon Landing Was Staged crowd. It is impossible for these secrets to continue without it being spilled.
Little things, no one cares about? Oh, sure, the ‘secret’ might be kept, mostly because the reporters that hear this babbling just don’t think it important enough to publish.

Not necessarily; a small group “in the know” whose members were in powerful positions AND who kept the secret could get pretty far along before they were discovered.
Also, even if they were ‘discovered’ by one or two people they could act indifferent/as-if-he-were-a-nutball and thereby “keep the lid” on the plan.
