It looks like Leo and TerriK are getting closer.
One thing really interesting is a comment where Leo responds to a poster.

IIRC, even the COLB was faked, and also not sourced to Obama or his campaign. If that's true, then nothing has been released to "the public domain" that can be used to argue from.

I heard it was. But then some Freepers analyzed it (or commented on someone who had) and found it to be fraudulent in various ways. Then - I believe - it was sourced to a support website, or taken down or something. In any event, it got fuzzy, fast (as usual).

As I’ve said before, and others have pointed out, I think the Hawaiian authorities are running scared, for several reasons:
1. Because they don’t want to get caught out in lies.
2. Because they don’t want Obama coming down on top of them.
3. Because in the past they have manufactured fake COLBs in massive numbers, as part of a plot to get more welfare funds streaming into Hawaii, as well as to make a stream of Asian imigrants into citizens who will reliably vote Democrat. It’s much the same as what has been done with the illegals in California, only it started earlier.
If they faked Obama’s BC, then how many others have they faked? That can’t be a comfortable question for them to be confronted with.

Orly was asking him for an affidavit for her case. Strunk was busy when Leo and Cort were down at SCOTUS getting the run around by SCOTUS. I do not think Chris Strunk has a web site. He is in NY state as far as I know.

Thanks for posting this update from Leo as my system is getting crashed with an apparently fake McAfee SiteAdvisor warning (Leo's site shows clean with no complaints on the actual SiteAdvisor webpage). I would be interested if anyone else is having this problem as it could be an Obot denial of service...for me anyway!

Ahh but the Obama campaign released the fake COLB in June 2008. So his campaign aka Hussein too - engaged in fraud if it is a fake. I already knew that but it bears repeating.

Most likely it’s not phony. What makes this possible is Fukino’s statment that Obama is a Natural Born Citizen. Which he isn’t. Because she made that statment, all the documents that she used to make that determination are now available to the People through UIPA requests, by HAWAIIAN STATE LAW and the DoH is breaking that law by refusing to release them.

If at the end they are still getting jerked around - we need to get millions of Americans or at least hudreds of thousands requesting (demanding) the documents.
If Hawaii keeps playing games we need to harm their tourism business with a boycott. The economy is going to get worse so their tourism business will be tanking more.
Leo has them between a rock and a hard place. They are going to HAVE to release the documents. Most likely before a Trial. Because if a Trial happens, then MORE discovery is allowed, and that would be devastating to Obama because then even MORE will become public, and the state of Hawaii will have a FAR bigger nightmare on its hands.
I am betting no trial will be needed.

If HI tries to jerk Leo/Terri around then we need to try to get as many people as possible, Beck, WND, members of the military and anyone else to expose this and flood the state with demands for documents.

The bottom line is that he can’t possibly say that unless Obama has two american citizens as parents and was born in Hawaii. anything else will be subject to court interpretation or Congress.
I would write a letter to the Attorney General stating that and ask him to provide the law upon which he relied to approve that statement.

I run Vista64, Explorer and McAfee behind a router all fully up-to-date. I have been attacked five times when opening naturalborncitizen.wordpress.com (NBC.com), while each time I had recently opened FR, BBC, Yahoomail, RealClearPolitics and other sites. Only Leo's site produces the attack.
The malware attack falsely claims to be a McAfee SiteAdvisor alarm by opening a window stating that, yet when I go to my official McAfee site, NBC.com shows as clean with no complaints, such as one might expect Obots to post there.
The malware somehow penetrates past McAfee and Windows protection and corrupts my config.sys file (report from windows repair) thus instantly hanging my system and then preventing even a reboot without running repair on reboot. Even repair has failed the first several times!
If you or anyone knows what sort of specific malware I should suspect and how to further protect myself beyond your excellent suggestions, I would appreciate it!

So he says. It does seem that a piece of paper, relatively easy to forge, since it's just a computer print out with a raised seal and stamped signauture, should be verifiable. At a minimum they should be able to tell you if one was issued for the person named on the date of the stamp. But better yet, since one could order one, and then stamp the fake with the date of the real one, would be the ability to verify the information.
I can think of several ways that could be done, and still maintain the *general* privacy of the information. For instance putting a serial number on the document, and if you have the document, with the serial number they should be able to verify the information. After all the whole purpose of the thing is to prove some facts about ones birth to some third party. Generally that place and date of birth. Because you are often proving your citizenship (and thus right to work or hold a particular position) or your age, since some jobs require one to be over a certain age. Since this was offered as proof of natural born citizenship, other information, most of it and then some, would be needed. For example even for citizenship, the State Department will not take an abstract (short) form that shows a filing date more than a year after the birth. Why, because it's indicative of various schemes used to fraudulently claim citizenship. It's not proof, but it is one indication. Of course the fraud could be there anyway and would have occurred near the time of birth, with the false filing of a "home birth" certificate somewhat later than the true birth date.
