Coincidence? A guy by the name “Dimitri” has been found in relation to the APF building office leasing. There’s also a YouTube video of a Captain Michael with a Russian accent.
It sounds like your garden variety rip-off, well, maybe a little bigger than average, but still a rip-off. I’ve been through Hardin and there isn’t much there. THis bears watching, though, because a small town hungry for revenue and lots of space can conceal a lot of sins...
I don’t understand what it is APF does, it seems they do everything from finding cheating spouses to protecting Afghan convoys to weapons sales (”INTL ONLY”) including “WMD”??
