White racism is back. Not so much any actual racist behavior by any actual white people, but rather the charge leveled against political opponents of President Obama. Obama's election supposedly ushered in a new post-racial era where old animosities would fade from memory, but if anything, charges of white racial vitriol are as prominent as ever.
Let me try to explain this eruption and suggest why accusations of white racism will become increasingly strident. In a nutshell, white racism has become the glib reason for imperfect racial progress, and the term's definitional fuzziness, it's resistance to scientific confirmation makes it

White racism will be around as long as the charge works. If people back off, if they follow Zero obediently, then as a threat it’s a pearl beyond price. It appears to me that the charges of racism just aren’t working anymore.

I sort of feel that it’s akin to being a German these days. In other words, if you are a German and someone doesn’t like your ideas, then “you are a Nazi” is the accusation against you. In the USA, if a liberal disagrees with your opinion and you are a white citizen, the old cannard arises, “You are a racist.”
This tactic reduces a person to a numbed robot. “Just shut up, you Nazi, or you racist!” That way your antagonist does not have to use his/her brain to actually think or to actually debate the serious issues of the day.
I think ye need a response to these idiots, such as, “Would you please use your adult brain instead of behaving like a bully in the schoolyard shouting names at me?”
The American people will not stand for a President who "cannot" be criticized.
If the elites make it "impossible" to criticize a President because they constantly label that criticism "racist," guess what? Americans simply won't vote for a black presidential candidate again. Not because they actually are racist (they are not). But because they will say, hey, we can't get in a situation where a president is given a pass on all his policies, all his decisions, all his appointments simply because of his race.
That is a dangerous situation for the country and Americans won't stand for it.

Those making the racism accusations are much more guilty of racism than those being accused.
Indeed, they are the only ones who are guilty of anything.
There is no subtle balance of guilt here. All the hate, all the prejudice, all the immoral dishonesty comes from the Race-Baiters.
We must hurl it back in their faces. Never, ever put up with this sh*t. When you are called a racist, immediately reply “You are a race-baiter and you just lost the argument”

I’m done, WE THE PEOPLE are done, as we have more important things to worry about than whether you are being seated at Denny’s fast enough...

Rev. James Manning, who is regarded as clownish by many, made the cogent comment that Hussein will set blacks in America back 50 years.
Unfortunately, he is absolutely correct.
I spent much of my later life trying to unlearn some of the prejudices that are held by EVERYONE, EVEN PEOPLE OF COLOR.

I was trying to explain something very similar to a couple of black friends of mine. They voted for Obama, because he is black. In reality they disagree with his politics, but the color of his skin was enough to cancel their political preferences.
I told them that when his policies destroy us, it will be devastating to the future potential of any black presidential candidate. The fact that many people voted for this President due to the color of his skin, his failure must be blamed on the color of his skin by those same voters.
The race based voters, practicing racism, will have done a lot to advance future racism.
To me, the term alive and well almost indicates that racism, and I mean the dictionary definition not the new PC definition, is found everywhere all of the time and I simply don't see that.
As long as there are human beings on this earth, there will be racists. In this country, folks are still free to be racists if they so choose. What we shouldn't accept is racism being practiced by society.
The charge of racism being thrown about every time someone is offended, their feelings are hurt, they don't get their way, or there is a lack of agreement on a particular subject, has morphed and diminished the meaning and the gravity of racism that actually harms people.
The way I look at it, we have a choice between living free and knowing that there will be a racist here and there, or becoming so frightened and politically correct that we indoctrinate our children into mindless little robots that HAVE to accept all colors, faiths, sexual deviants, in the same manner. I'll take a few racists and call them on it if they try to harm someone with words or acts.
Maybe it’s because I came up the hard way but I had very little sympathy for the white kid on the bus. He was a little punk who hadn’t the slightest idea of how to defend himself. Of course bullies will go after a chump like that. Hitting them back hard with whatever you’ve got in your hand is the only way to get them to leave you alone.
As for prejudice, it is a well-known rule of sociology that people will gravitate to people like themselves. That is normal and no one can call it racism. To magnify differences and exploit them for reasons of gain or just plain meanness is racist and bigoted—absolutely.
