The US Constitution and the entire American way of life hang in the balance. Yet it is clear that the Department of Justice (DOJ) is engaged in running interference for someone very likely to be an unconstitutional fraud, busily dismantling our sovereign nation while his high-dollar Ivy League lawyers play politics with the justice system.
For months now, numerous efforts to smoke Barack Hussein Obama out into the open where he can become the “transparent” president he promised to be, have been thwarted by Obama’s Department of Justice. The American people have been categorically denied access to the courts or any other peaceful means of redress and the clock is ticking on this time bomb.
Rather than confronting the facts presented in countless cases, the sum of which raise more than a reasonable doubt regarding Obama’s Article II constitutional eligibility for the Oval Office, the DOJ, in concert with Obama legal defense attorneys who might be paid by the very taxpayers raising the claims, have used technicality defenses to keep evidence against Obama out of court.
The net result is a massive nationwide federal DOJ effort to obstruct justice, coming from within the halls of justice, if you can imagine.

Commander Fitzpatrick started his quest for justice in a letter dated November 6, 2008, in which he challenged the nations Electoral College to make public the means by which they performed their constitutional duty to vet all candidates for the office of President, including Barack Hussein Obama.

What have we been saying?
Look at the two Official Certification of Nomination that Pelosi signed on the same day - one contains the wording “the following candidates for President and Vice President of the United States are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution.” The second Certification does not contain that sentence. Odd, eh?

I believe that John Murtha is; as are the judges of the court that ruled that he is protected from slander/defamation suits by a law protecting federal employees in execution of their office. (1: It is not a single legislator’s duty to determine guilt/innocence of military personnel acting in a warzone; 2: John Murtha cannot be FIRED, he may be “recalled” but that is NOT being fired.)
If we start going after the corruption, then we will see who is guilty. As GK Chesterton observed: “It is truly frightening to contemplate how few politicians are hanged.”
Treason is a very serious accusation, but when you intentionally try to destroy the nation (pause)

Yes. But I want to take out ALL of the corruption in DC... not just the head-puppet. We MUST NOT allow ourselves to get tunnel vision regarding only Obama; there are [obviously/evidently] MANY, MANY people who are involved in that treason.
And it is my belief that there are more treasons than JUST that going on.
We really may need all DC’s light-poles...
We need to shrink DC by 1/2.
Do what businesses do in tough times, get rid of un-necessary functions, costs and people.
At the State level force DC back to powers specified in the Constitution, nothing more.
Make the Congress and Senate telecommute most of the year. Put them back under the control of the people who elected them.
Move the center of gravity of government nearer to the citizens.
Elitists will never voluntarily agree, but if they will not, we must vote them out. Only that threat (with real intent) will right this. They must once again fear the electorate.

Doubt there have been any since Reconstruction. There were some then, most with cause. (some shot)
I think a good chunk of our elitist rulers, as they show themselves to think of themselves, would do well to get off so easily as being shot... especially with the amounts of corruption we’re seeing. {And how much is there that we AREN’T seeing?}
I have some ancestor’s war stories, that should not be discussed on this forum relating to such matters.
It has been a very very long time since events like this have happened in this nation.
VERY VERY Long Time.
If you view the Consitution and the system which it has set up as the operating norm for the United States, you’re probably looking at sedition, not treason.
I am not a lawyer or constitutional authority, but I know what has happened is a betrayal of the nation and an open breach of their oath of office.
