Introduction: I will try and do my best to summarize the twists and turns of this very confusing tale here. That said, if you get confused, here is part one and part two of this story. If you read each, you will wind up back here.

Welcome to America: Where perusing Justice is punished and greed and graft are rewarded. [/disgust]

It seems to me that this is exemplary of government at all levels, where laws apply only to ‘the little[meaningless] people’.

Take John Murtha, for example: He openly and nationally condemns marines acting in a war-zone for war-crimes BEFORE even an investigation might take place. Later, he is found to be protected, by the judiciary, from any slander suit the marines might wish to file by saying a law that protected federal employees from such suits while in execution of office applied to him. (When has it been a single legislator’s duty to determine the guilt/innocence of military personnel?) This also ignores, completely, that he SHOULD be tried for treason.

Tim Geithner: A man who couldn’t be bothered to use Turbo-Tax correctly and filed fraudulent tax-returns... and what happened to him? What would have happened if YOU or I had done that?

Barney Frank: The man has been caught lying under sworn statement... and nothing happens. The man had even had his place used to operate a male prostitution ring! ... and nothing.

Here is the truth: there are ‘special’ people, and then there are “We the People” it is time for one of these to be bloodied.
