Anchorage, AK - Governor Palin posted this article on her Facebook. page. Governor Palin has been fighting for more and more offshore drilling since she was appointed to the Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission. The court had no choice but to side with her . The ultra liberal or activist 9th Circuit Court also had a decision overturned by the US Supreme Court, in Governor Palins favor, back on July, 22.
The article: 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruling allows Beaufort drilling: A ruling Thursday by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has cleared the way for Shell Oil to resume its exploration and development in the Beaufort Sea. The court's ruling says the Bush administration was correct in not demanding a new environmental impact assessment for the company's drilling leases.
She is taking them on one by one and WINNING!!!!!!!!!!!
Good to know someone is actually WORKING to get America off it’s dependence on foreign oil. Unlike congress who is tying America up in laws, rules and regulations to keep us on it.
Now maybe Shell can get a loan from the friendly government of Brazil?
Again I am amazed beyond words at Sarah Palin’s ability to clear her own path through the onslaught of leftist totalitarianism.
ROFL
And I'm continually AMUSED at the way feminists seem to ignore this woman. She's everything they've always said they wanted; ambitious, smart, making her own way, in her own right, without the help of a more powerful, politically positioned, husband. All this while being married to a man who loves and respects her, and is a mother of several children, while though not perfect, all create a seemingly loving family.
Actually feminists should be standing up and cheering for Palin because she is a strong minded woman with a will of her own and a fierce determination to be a force for good in the world and speak out against evil wherever she sees it. Palin is justifiably proud of being a woman and her accomplishments. Palin has nothing to apologize for as long as she remains true to those principles.
Especially the 9th Circuit!
Drill, baby, drill!
Drill here, drill now, drill baby drill! The sooner the better!
... new queen of the DC beltway fish bowl. Bureaucrats days are numbered.
Exactly! And I'm loving how she's simply ignoring the media snipes, and going about her merry way, commenting on public policy, as she goes.
Sarah has a mortal sin in the eyes of feminists: She’s good looking.
