By now, many of you have seen this video. Barack Obama claiming Washingtonians get too "wee-wee'd up" in August.

Your first reaction probably was the same as mine. WTF are you talking about Barry? WTF do you mean? Well. The UN says the word is Nigerian. It means cannabis. Nice work pothead. Great example for our youth.

Cannabis

In Nigeria cannabis is known by various names including "pot", "igbo", "wee wee", "marijuana", "ganja" and "Morocco". The active ingredient in all of these is tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). The mode of consumption in Nigeria is by smoking the prepared leaves and flowering seeds. There has been no reported use of other preparations.

I was puzzled from the start over why the controversy about the meaning of wee wee vis-à-vis an administration.

Then I realized that not many are old enough to remember JFK's Robert S. McNamara's "Whiz Kids" and their wee wees on the military.
