Sarah Palin has followed up her health care call to arms posted yesterday on her Facebook Notes page with another post today titled "Some Useful Commentary on the Health Care Debate."
This latest posting is a bibliography of sorts, including editorials, op-eds and a video of a Cato Institute health care forum. Sources cited by the former governor range from pundit Mark Steyn to former Reagan economic advisor Arthur Laffer. Rather than repost it all here, we'll give Sarah Palin's Facebook Notes the page hits it deserves with this link.
If yesterday's health care post by the 2008 GOP vice presidential nominee was her opening shot in the health care debate, today's is a full-scale artillery barrage, all of it targeted directly at ObamaCare. Along with the following photo of Sarah holding a copy of Mark Levin's conservative manifesto Liberty and Tyranny, it also lets Katie Couric and other Palin critics know what Sarah Palin has been reading lately.
For all those self-appointed Palin advisors who opined that Sarah needed to do her homework on the issues, that's what she appears to have been doing all along. Too bad for all the character assassains on the Left who have been trying to convince voters that Palin is an airhead, because she will define herself and have the last laugh in so doing.
Sarah Palin tried to tell voters during the 2008 presidential campaign that Obama is a socialist. Now she seems determined to prove it to those who haven't managed to figure it out on their own. We expect that Sarah Palin will be reported to flag@whitehouse.gov, if she has not been already:

I love the graphic at the bottom of the post.
"Im most impressed by the common sense of ordinary Americans, like the citizen from Pennsylvania who told Senator Spector:
What I see is a bureaucratic nightmare, Senator. Medicaid is broke. Medicare is broke. Social Security is broke. And you want us to believe that a government that cant even run a Cash for Clunkers program is going to run 1/7th of our U.S. economy?
I couldnt have said it better myself."
This is why I loved her decision to resign as Governor. She will be fully armed for 2012. For all of you out there who think the media whores have damaged her irreparably, just wait until the primary debates. She will shine far brighter than the rest!
Accentuate the positive, (Palin), and cease diverting attention to issues such as the 'vaunted birth certificate'.
Sarah Palin can beat Obama in 2012 and she can do it with Reagan-like electoral numbers...*if* she has all of us behind her and focused on this goal.
You have a problem with Obama? Then do something meaningful and support the one person who can evict him from the White House -
She made the BEST decision by resigning. She is more powerful now as a private citizen then she ever was in the Governor’s office. She took a week off to relax and be with her family and BAM, goes right after Obama. She has the guts to speak out, will other Republicans follow her lead or will they bow down to the media. You know it’s coming, the media will ask every single Republican they can get their hands on what they think about what Sarah said, either they will agree with her or say she is wrong. The ones who say she is wrong, we kick their asses out of office. Either they are for this crap or they are not.
Also, the media hates her, yet they are OBSESSED with reporting on every single thing she says and does. She is using the media to her advantage, she knows by posting on Facebook, it went viral in an HOUR. It was everywhere, even my local news in L.A, it was the TOP STORY, Yep, TOP STORY. The more people hear her comments the more people who may not agree with her on some issues, will say “Wow you know what, she’s right.”
Today’s statement from her proves that she is researching, getting quotes from the Washington Post, New York Post, Heritage Foundation, and National Review Online. She is the ONLY one the media fears, every time they trash her, every time they demean her, they are telling US who is the candidate that can beat Obama in 2012, hint hint, it’s not Huckabee
I never had a doubt about her. God Bless her.
My biggest concern is the entrenched Republican establishment. Will we have a repeat of the 2008 primary, and ‘rats voting in them, especially since they won’t have a primary this time around? The one difference I can see now would be the consolidation of the conservative coalition, just like Bush had in 2000 to get my McLame. Your thoughts?
I love the comrade graphic, but change ‘fishy’ to ‘Vichy’.
I think now that Sarah is expessing her opinion on Obama Care you can pretty much kiss it goodbye. They the Dems are about to learn just how tenatious this women really is,and they ain’t gonna like it one little bit.
She’s learning. It’s not enough to issue clarion calls like yesterday’s. Today’s post was an excellent followup and shows she’s doing her homework. This type of image projection needs to be continued and these types of posts need to dominate. Even the left knows Palin can make a hell of a speech, but she has to prove she’s comfortable with the minutiae of policy and is able to meld the ideas and opinions of others with her own, as well as use resources to support her claims. Today was a good start.
Unfortunately with the way the GOP establishment is now, Sarah will have to do it all on her own, just like Reagan had to. He didn’t have any support with the Elitists either, he took his message to the people, and won, even though everyone said he would lose. The media gave us McCain, the media knew the second McCain became the nominee Obama won the Presidency. But they did not expect Sarah Palin, they expected Romney or Pawlenty or Lieberman to be his VP pick, they were already prepared to go after them with a long list of stuff, but when McCain chose Sarah, they were shocked, and they saw the tide turning and they did whatever it took to destroy what they saw and still see as Obama’s BIGGEST target. First we gotta win in 2010, then we can worry about 2012. Someone posted on TeamSarah a blog on some liberal forum about how they want to take away term limits so that Obama can be President for the next 20 years, we have to make sure that NEVER happens
I’d like it better if the 10th Amendment had been mentioned.
We are in this mess of having yet another brush with monolithic tyranny because it is routinely ignored and the government does not have to consider its own limitations. We’ve allowed the government to do nearly anything it wants with all the constitutional formalities waved over the course of several decades because each time it seemed like a good thing.
Now, we have an issue where the party with the majority can and probably will do what it wants despite mass opposition without clear authority to do so. So what if they lose the next election. They will get what they’ve always wanted — that last nail in the coffin of freedom.
It is the truth and more and more Americans are seeing the fraud...
No, WE define the process, not the media. They can all go to Hades, they are surrogates for the Devil anyway.
Queen Esther .... Save us from the evils of Hamon !!!
Are you thinking of the 22nd Amendment, which limits Presidents to two terms? Since it is part of the constitution, it would need to be ratified in 39 states, first. See: Equal Rights Amendment.

Article comment - "With no political organization to speak of, Palin is increasingly sending messages out on Facebook."
GBC Response. - Doesn't need one yet. OMG does this woman understand the art of communication in the digital age. She puts a message out for next to nothing. It goes viral then gets picked up by the SRM. They will go apoplectic over this one.
