At the top of Bill O’Reilly tonight, he had on a pic of Gryphen and his crapOla on the bogus divorce story.
Megyn Kelly (atty) was on also and both she and BOR said Sarah should sue him.
Kelly said it has been over the top what Palin has had to put up with.
Two interesting things: (1) They didn't discuss this guy's sordid website in detail but Megyn Kelly seemed familiar with this guy and (2) BOR said he had talked to Van Flein.
FINALLY I can agree with Bill O’Reilly, she should sue, and she would have a damn good case too. You can’t just go online and make stuff up about people and expect to get away with it. When you post something online it’s forever. You can’t get rid of it, can’t delete it, its there, permanently. Megyn Kelly is AWESOME and would make a great White House Press Secretary for Sarah. She ha always defended her. If Carol Burnett can sue the National Enquirer then Sarah Palin can sue this ass clown. He has been after her since Day 1 and has repeatedly said horrible things about her family
I usually watch from 6 - 7am Bill Hemmer and Megyn Kelly .
She goes after what needs to be hit. She may take on some of this on her program.

OTOH, if they think they can uncover and expose the network pursuing all these attacks, maybe they should go for it.
Suing lets this bunch know, they could be next.

There is a link in all that has gone down in all the ethics complaints against Palin and they lead back to Obama. The ethics invesigator, Daniel (the one who said her defense fund is illegal) works for DC-based Perkins Coie. Perkins Coie is the lead counsel for the DNC, Obama, and other democrats. We can see on this latest guys MySpace page he is buddies with Biegel for instance. Seems all the worst ankle-biters in AK are inter-related relationships and with the Obama attorney in the mix something stinks to high heaven. If someone (BOR) would do some honest to God investigative reporting they could blow all these Palin complaints and the Obama administration out of the water... I am convinced of it.
You and Megyn Kelly have the legal background and you certainly may be right. If it stops the nonsense, I’m all for it. I’m just not convinced it will unless they can get at the whole corrupt operation up there. It’s a viper’s nest that I’m convinced is being run from outside Alaska.
If someone can get at this whole den of snakes up there, let’s roll.
It is also why we need to be clean as a whistle on our side and weed out out own kooks. It is one thing to go to these townhalls and vent our displeasure, but I read on the AZ blog here someone wants to hang Harry Mitchell in effigy at a Tea Party event... that sort of thing plays right into the hands of the kookie left who would zero right in on that and make it the story so they could ignore the tea party.
Josh Painter is working it, I haven’t checked his blog today, but there is some people who support Sarah and while she is laying low they are doing yeoman’s work on uncovering the nest.
I agree, the AK bunch before Sarah become a VP candidate were players attacking her while she tried to clean up the corruption. Then in the summer of 08 they became tools of Soros, DC, etc.

Some people don’t have a clue about the big picture.
Some may be from small towns and don’t see how the large areas and the nation as a whole see and hear their
yahoo comments.
It may play well in the neighborhood but we are trying to educate others, not drive them away.
I refuse to play, this is too serious. I see O is now calling for “informants”....... what are we, Saddam’s Iraq or Hitlers Germany?
