Obama tried, and failed, to get the legislation passed before the August recess. This is because he knows that the more people who understand his plan, the less support it will receive. This is one of the biggest problems I have with certain politicians today. They don’t care whether people support them or not, they want their way, regardless of how devastating their actions may be. It is the kind of Chicago politics that makes the political realm so slimy. I can only hope that once I am a public servant, that my actions can help clean up some of this mess. From his perspective, as a democrat who is fully committed to the marxist path of Obama and his abettors...it is pointless. He's going to vote for it no matter what it says.

But for the American people, it is far from pointless because they can educate themselves...apparently much more than their own reps...and then hound them mercilessly to fear for their political lives unless the vote against this monstrosity.

So, here is a link to the full House Democrat Health Care Plan in PDF. In Section 1233 E & F, pages 426-433, you find the part about mandatory end-of-life counseling for anyone over 65 years of age. Section 152 Page 50: All healthcare services will be provided without regard to "personal characteristcs" which is not defined within the document but is understood to include immigration status.

When Bush rammed through the Patriot Act, the dems screamed bloody murder because they didn’t have time to read it all.

Actually I was pissed they did this because the repubs put in a bunch of crap in there undermining regular citizen privacy and security.

The dems however show themselves as the hypocrites they are though because they only scream about not being able to read a bill when it’s a republican bill. None of them complain when its a democrat bill. Then they say it’s not important and we don’t have time.
