Did a UFO deliberately crash into a meteor to save Earth 100 years ago? That's what one Russian scientist is claiming.

No, no, no, this is totally incorrect.
The Tunguska blast was NOT caused by a UFO OR a meteor, it was caused by the nuclear blast of an incoming nuclear missile which was diverted into the PAST by resonant magnetic frequencies which were directed at the missile by a future, yet-to-be-built American anti-ballistic-missile system.
Here’s how it works:
Incoming missile is targeted with magnetic energies not unlike those used to move the ill-fated U.S.S. Eldridge (DE-173) interdimensionally in 1943 during primitive ‘stealth’ experiments.
Incoming missile is diverted into a past time period where it explodes harmlessly, i.e., Tunguska (no casualities).
That is not to say that there were not some miscalculations, specifically the Halifax Explosion of 1917, everyone thinks that a munitions-laden ship blew up in Halifax Harbor, they’re wrong: much of the City of Halifax was destroyed by the blast of a test missile armed with a live warhead, the accidental death and destruction caused was not all for naught however, the miscalculation created an enormous tourist attraction in later years that brought in all kinds of revenue which benefited the descendants of the city residents of 1917.

Although I agree with your assertion that a space/time displacement is a crucial part of the Tanguska Event.
The rest of your theory is flawed. I believe it was a space/time displacement setup during Roseanne Bar’s shreeking of the national anthum, creating a hole in space/time and that it was her spittle at the end that event that actually shot back through space/time and destroyed the comet. Another possibility could be Hillary screaming at Bill the night the Monica incident was discovered and Bill suggested they make up and get it on in a three way. Either way, a lot of ice energon was released into the cosmos.
Just a theory.
