MSNBC's Nora O'Donnell: Palin Just Wanted to "Yell at the Press" in Farewell Speech - Video 7/27/09

Here is video this morning of MSNBC's Nora O'Donnell describing Gov. Sarah Palin at her Farewell Speech yesterday as wanting to get up a and "yell at the Press, angrily."

O'Donnell also said "there's not usually a plan with Sarah Palin." She said Palin avoided supporters and the press at the entrance to the park where she gave the speech, opting instead to "avoid the National Press" and "dart" in a back way.

O'Donnell described Palin as having a very tight knit group of advisers - "Me, myself, and I."

This report is a perfect example of what Palin has faced from the national media. The snarky, sarcastic tone that has characterized most reports about Palin have revealed the deep level of animosity the mainstream media has for Palin. It will not end because she has resigned as Governor. It will continue and follow her whatever she does. Of that you can be sure. . . . . . ,a href="http://www.freedomslighthouse.com/2009/07/msnbcs-nora-odonnell-says-palin-just.html">(Watch Video)

Hehehe...I see Sarah took them to the woodshed and apparently left a mark.

They know she is on her way to the lower 48 to take out the trash.

SARAH'S FAREWELL SPEECH AS GOVERNOR - GREAT READ

Sarah has now initiated her brilliant flanking manuever against the left, the DNC, the MSM and the RINOs that has them all in a frenzy wondering what her next move will be and how it will be perceived...and has them frothing at the mouth in their efforts to discredit her.

Sarah will now get her book out, go on tour, give speeches and promote conservatie principles all over this country in the midst of the Obama administration disaster and gain great political capital in the process. Then she will support conservative candidates in 2010 and help them win, amassing much more political capital. She will then take all of that and make an awesome, stunning run for the Presidency in 2012.

Rush is right. The left wing establishment really is telling us who the 2012 presidential candidate should be. And that is Sarah.

The press is falling for this “hook, line and sinker.” She is pulling a Reagan on them. She will go directly to the people.

Nora “the barbie doll” makes Palin’s point:

The media are a bunch of vicious bastards who polarize America for profit.

The petulant screed by sugar pie Norah is the example.

These Washington pricks are destroying our country in only one generation.

Kristan Cole’s appearance on Hardball was cancelled by MSNBC. “They’re not interested in talking about the Guv’s next moves. Too bad.”

Nora tries to make it appear that Sarah’s appeal is only to a narrow-minded angry white man who couldn’t possibly appeal to ‘reasonable’ people.

Nora wishes she were a Barbie doll. She’s a little heavier than she needs to be and her eyes indicate that there might be some thyroid dysfunction.

Now, my girl, the venerable Governor Sarah Palin, could, by any measure, be termed a Barbie. I like Wilderness Barbie or Pioneer Barbie myself, but she’s a high-performance Barbie.

Gee, Nora, did you have your butt all posed to get kissed by Sarah? How disappointing for you!

"O'Donnell described Palin as having a very tight knit group of advisers - "Me, myself, and I."

Journalism in America is dead, and it's really a shame. As far as I know, O'Donnell still pretends to be an "impartial" arbiter of the truth, and not a commentator like Bill O'Reilly, Maddow or Olberman. But, like almost every other television journalist in America today, she can't help but editorialize with every word that comes out of her mouth.

Ironically, Walter Cronkite is the man who's responsible for this fatal flaw. When he opined that the Vietnam War was "unwinnable", it gave license to all those that came after him to interweave what they believe to be true into what they report as actual reality. Cloaked in their veil of alleged intellectual superiority, journalist of of forms today have abandoned the uneditorialized reporting facts for the telling of what they perceive to be a larger, more important truth. America is worse off because of it. Truth is relevant, a fact is not. No one understands that anymore.

Yep. They want to isolate white men too.

I wonder if we’re going to have a country ten years from now.

It is no secret that Sarah is very popular with white men. That she is does not mean she it is a racist. But of course this is the ultimate narrative that the MSM will want to interject into the public discourse, that Sarah is a racist.

Actually it would be her, herself, and TODD.

It's simply amazing how much these supposedly successful media babes are UNDONE by Sarah Palin! I'd say Sarah is successful, if only in accomplishing that!

“The press is falling for this “hook, line and sinker.” She is pulling a Reagan on them. She will go directly to the people.”

Exactly! This is what she’s got to do. Screw the mid-stream media. She needs to tour the Lower 48, make speeches, stump for good conservatives and go straight to the citizens. We already know the picture they have painted. It’s a false painting. Anyone with half a brain can see this and see the REAL SARAH.

Maybe they just don’t get it, or maybe they do and that’s what has them running scared.

Mrs. Palin talks to the people. She does that very well, and she is trustworthy.

Avoid? No. Give them the finger? Oh yeah. O'Donnell and her fellow clymers in the Fifth Column are pissed because they had to fly upwards of 12 hours to get to Fairbanks from their cozy DC salons only to have Sarah not give them so much as a hello. Then they had to turn around and fly back another 12 hours empty handed. That's just beautiful.
