'Go after ACORN,' judge says

A district judge who held another ACORN worker for trial Monday on election law violations urged prosecutors to go after the real culprit, the organization that employed him.

"Somebody has to go after ACORN," Senior District Judge Richard H. Zoller said about the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now.

"It's happening all over the country. All you have to do is turn on the television," he said, referring to voter registration fraud charges brought recently against ACORN and its workers in Nevada.

"We will," Allegheny County Detective Robert F. Keenan promised as he wrapped up his testimony.

A spokesman for District Attorney Stephen A. Zappala Jr. said following the hearing that the county's investigation into members of ACORN and their activities during the 2008 campaign "remains open and active."

HAVE THIS READY If you discover false documents were filed in your name that would incur felony charges: Falsifying official documents incurs felony charges for 1st-degree tampering with public records, 1st-degree offering of a false instrument for filing, 4th-degree grand larceny, and 1st-degree falsifying of official records.

If ACORN gives out false info---they could be charged with aiding and abetting a felony.

For all the reasons stated, your strongest response to their knock at your door is: "I do not get involved in criminal activities."

Well I sure hope with all the money redistributed to the fruit of Bama’s oak trees these supposed counters are compensated with enough money to put gas into their means and methods of transportation.

I have already been hit up a couple of months ago by an ACORN activist for gas money after driving through my bank ATM. The woman appeared out of nowhere, because she was not there when I entered the bank property and there is only one way in and one way out. And she was so very proud to have a ‘good’ job working for the ‘good’ part of ACORN after I asked her where she worked.

I ask her why she was needing more money from me after Congress had given ACORN billions. Did she not get enough money yet to put gas in her vehicle? And that it would not be very long until the private sector was bled dry of green.

They can do the census by mail, put up a no trespassing sign and call the police and have them arrested, while arrested and booked, question them about who they are reporting to once they are sent out on the street or when sent to the polling places. Many homeless as well as illegals are making big buck off election fraud, they get paid for each name they get registered. I would like to know if the Kennedy clam has a stack in Acorn. While calling, there must be a call for the removal of Barney Frank, Chris Dodd and Charlie Rangle now and Franklin should not be sworn in over a court ruling, the people in Minnesota must call for another election, they have the right for their vote to be counted, discrimination is not allowed in the electorial process.
Anyone connected to Acorn in Minnesota must be jailed call for a new election.
