Huge new money to spend, and all the blame will go to the poor b*stards forced to collect the money: manufacturers, utilities, energy companies, etc.
Can’t you just envision some liberal congressman ragging on big oil, big coal, etc as utility costs skyrocket?
I wonder if it’s even legal for your utility to itemize the added costs of carbon caps on your future bills?
