Now that's one smart little monkey who knows where to take a whizz when it needs to.
What better to relieve itself on than a politician, most of whom spends their lives whizzing on their constituents day in and day out. Particularly these crooked African politicos who take our billions and billions in aid, pocket most of it and let their people continue to live in the dark ages.
