The site presently lists programs being funded by the stimulus cash, but fails to show any details on who received it. According to Earl Devaney, Chairman of the Recovery Accountability and Transparency Board (which manages the website), that information won't be available until October 10th, 2009, but warned that it will be a challenge to have ready to present spending data in five months. A challenge?

How did they spend 84 million dollars setting up a web site to list projects? I have lists on my blog, and they don’t cost me a dime.
