I didn't realize how much I don't like Tom Ridge until the last few interviews, he goes after Rush Limbaugh, then he's telling us what the Republican Party needs, but when asked if he'll support the GOP candidate, he can't commit to that yet...Invasion of the RINOs..

Tom Ridge is doomed. Think Gephardt.
The engine’s on, Tom’s got the pedal to the floor, but he ain’t got no transmission.
Lots of noise, zero pull.
Ridge needs to stfu and/or gtfo.
I’m growing increasingly offended by these manipulative RINOs.
Why in the world should we take advice from Tom Ridge who ran one of the worst campaigns for President in recent memory, and when the party needs him to run against Specter he flees from the battlefield? I’ll take Limbaugh who at least is engaged in the fight.
Hey I understood that!
You’re a pinhead and offend many. What’s your point, Tommy?
In other words, we shouldn't offend liberals by telling the truth!
These stupid politicians are fighting a talk show host who has clearly said he will never run for public office. I think the RINOs are coming out of the woodwork and making it easier to spot them and thus mark them for (hopefully) extinction from the party.
LET’S FACE IT:
If you are Liberal enough to get yourself elected in a Blue State—they should not let you call your self Republican or Conservative.
Just another RINO!
Yep... and we should just sit back quietly and let all these RINOs smear conservatives as loony whacked-out right-wing crazies.
“....Offends Very Many....”
#####
Given the dangerous direction in whch this country is headed,(and the dim Ridge is a large part of that), that is exactly what is needed.
And, “offending” people is only a VERY small start.
That’s about as silly as listening to Obama talk on any subject.
Liberals have made themselves my enemies by attacking the Constitution. I don’t have any interest in being nice to them.
We wouldn’t want to offend anybody, everyone knows the Democrats never were offensive when Bush was President for 8 years..
What a preposterous position: Rush’s extremism drives away voters. If Rush retired tomorrow, would Republican moderates be able to attract voters? Freaking nonsense.
Well said y6162
CONSERVATIVE AGAIN IN 2010!
Rush has did more for the party than any of these impostors. I’m certain the GOP would’ve never had 1994 if it wasn’t for his existence. They can not blame him for their losses. They were the ones who chose to give up the fight, to adopt a compassionate conservatism big government with tax cuts approach which backfired. Republicans nationwide spent surplus tax dollars as the economy benefited from the Republican revolution, the balanced budget amendments, the tax cutting. As coffers grew they spent like drunkards to try to win over the teachers unions and minorities as if they could buy their votes and what did they earn? They earned scorn as they double and tripled funding for education and teachers who quickly forget them as soon as elections rolled around. They embarked on a phony open immigration policy that split the party unnecessarily while helping fuel an impression that Republicans were anti-Immigrant which helped erased gains made in the Hispanic community. It wasn’t the conservatives that did these things. Newt and the GOP and Rush Limbaugh won in 1994 running against big government, it was the moderates like Ridge that threw it away. It was they that did not stand up for America when things got tough in Iraq. Many of them voted for Obama and knee jerk in defense of Democrats and then wonder why they are not welcome by the 66% of the GOP that identity as conservative. They should get a clue.
The RINOs are stampeding to the likes of CNN at the sight of conservatives coming over the hill behind them. Let’s hope CNN equates to a cliff.
Is this idiot done yet?
The good thing about Ridge badmouthing Limbaugh is he just ended any chance of his representing the neo-con wing against Toomey.
Another Bush appointee.
George Bush did a lot of good in the war in Iraq.
But he has all but destroyed my Republican Party, and has done great damage to this country in my opinion.
I sure do miss Bush now.
These obvious non-republican, non-conservative RINOs cannot be allowed to continue to call themselves republicans.
They are VICHY republicans. they are puppet republicans for the MSM to trot out and undermine and demoralize REAL republicans.
They must be exposed and their reputations destroyed.
I do agree with that.
Does Ridge and his ilk really believe that they can win elections by insulting conservatives? With people such as these, the GOP is doomed.
Tom, my respect for others is based on merit. You prove to be lacking.
Understand this is a matter of language and a matter of word use Go fetch your ID-Ten-T badge and report directly to your new position as Poster Boy for the Sofa Kingdom.
Rush is the only news I can now STAND...

Amen
My sentiments, exactly. I never did buy into that kissy kissy, sucky sucky branding himself as a “Compassionate Conservative” as if Conservatives were not compassionate.
If “W” would only have fought back when he was attacked, and not let the Libs get away with grandstanding, we would have supported him more. When the Navy ship came in with the banner “MISSION ACCOMPLISHED” was the perfect time to state that the Navy ship had done everything that was expected of them. Instead “W” let the Libs and MSM turn it into meaning that the war was as good as over. How dumb could “W” and his advisers be”? For this gigantic goof-up Republicans have taken a lot of unnecessary heat.
